Just found this app and thought I would share. Its called Fox 59 News Traffic Authority Mobile. The application is based on Indianapolis traffic cameras but there are several different cities that are available when you check the travel mode box. The following regions are also covered…Bay Area, Connecticut, Detroit, Houston, Knoxville, Los Angeles, Louisville, New York, and Washington.
